Must Haves
- Licensed Landscape ArchitectÂ
- Minimum 5 years of landscape design experience
- Minimum 2 years of Residential landscape design experience
- Must have proven full process landscape construction knowledge
- AutoCAD (5+ years)
- Microsoft Office
- Strong Hand Drafting and Rendering Skills
- Strong Organization Skills
- Ability to clearly communicate to clients and colleaguesÂ
Preference Given
- SketchupÂ
- Lumion or other 3D Rendering Software
- Adobe Suite
- LMNÂ
The duties of the Senior Landscape Architect will be to be a part of every stage of the landscape construction process, including but not limited to: customer sales, rough survey, design, pricing and take-offs, construction documents, contractor coordination, design presentations, and job-site coordination. The Senior Landscape Architect must also be able to produce quality designs that fit the client’s needs and budget, as well as draft clear construction documents to translate details of the design to both Rivertown crews and subcontractors. This position will be responsible for: tracking job completion and schedule, change orders, weekly production meetings, participating in vendor events, training and management of reporting positions, and contributing to business strategies in adherence to the mission and values of the company.

Must Haves:
- 3+ years landscaping experience
- Work in conjunction with the landscape Designer-ArchitectÂ
- Supervisory, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Read and comprehend to-scale landscape plans
- Leadership skills – motivating teams to keep on task, organized, and efficient
- Knowledge of irrigation systems/operation/componentsÂ
- Knowledge of plant materials, varieties, and handlingÂ
- Knowledge of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, both proper handling & installation
- Knowledge of machine operation, Bobcat, trucks, and loaders
- Valid & clean driving record
Preferred
- Current Michigan State CDL–A Licensure
- Ability to use LMN company software.
