Tudor Estate
Drawing from the home’s Tudor style architecture, a modern American take on Arts and Crafts gardens was used to guide the overall design of this garden. Formal axis’ and balanced symmetry are the hallmarks of this style made popular in turn of the century estates and many English gardens.
Crisp architectural lines, defined by the home itself, create a formal setting for much of the garden. Lush plantings soften these lines and provide year round interest and color. This framework creates a series of outdoor spaces that flow seamlessly together to allow for both intimate and larger family gatherings. Brick and stone is carried throughout all of the outdoor spaces to gracefully marry the architecture and landscape elements.
In the end, with the careful extension of the architecture into the landscape, the many different design amenities are beautifully combined to create another extraordinary design!
